Apartment for rent - 8832 Wollerau, Samstagernstrasse 14

Looking for a sociable roommate for my cozy apartment in beautiful, tax-friendly Wollerau.
I have been living in this apartment for about 10 years, alone for just over a year.
Every other weekend (Friday to Sunday evening) my two sons (4.5 and 7 years old) come to visit, which brings some action :-). Therefore, I am looking for a person who can handle this fact.
The apartment has a large living/dining room, a bedroom, a small office, a smaller bedroom, as well as a kitchen and bathroom/WC. The large living/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom/WC are intended for shared use.
The room for rent is the largest in the apartment at about 15 m² (4.5 m x 3.35 m), located after the living/dining room.
Included in the rent: WLAN, radio/TV, washing machine in the basement, additional costs such as heating & electricity.
Parking by arrangement.
Regular good bus connections in several directions (bus stop reachable in 50 m).
40 minutes to Zurich City by public transport. Friendly and helpful neighborhood. Garden seating area with fireplace can be used.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
