The lower part of the apartment consists of one continuous room and extends over approximately 60 square meters. The lower floor contains an upscale kitchen (incl. Steamer) with a connected dining area and the living room with an access to a small balcony. It also has a small guest toilet. In the upper part of the apartment there are 5 rooms, and two large bathrooms (including (bubble) bathtub, and shower cabin).
The house is located on a traffic-calmed neighborhood street and centrally located: shopping facilities, train station and Lonza are only a three-minute walk away. A double garage can be rented optionally. In addition, the house is connected to the district/remote heating network and has a solar panels installed.
The apartment will be rented out unfurnished. Some lighting is part of the apartment. No elevator. Smoke-free apartment. Pets possible by arrangement.
