Steamer) with a connected dining area and the living room with an access to a small balcony. It also has a small guest toilet. In the upper part of the apartment there are 5 rooms, and two large bathrooms (including (bubble) bathtub, and shower cabin).

The house is located on a traffic-calmed neighborhood street and centrally located: shopping facilities, train station and Lonza are only a three-minute walk away.
