We are looking for a new tenant for our large 3.5 room apartment in Trubschachen, starting immediately or by agreement. The living area, including a large balcony, is just over 100m2. A large cellar compartment and a large attic compartment are also included. In the entrance area (corridor) there are two large built-in wardrobes with double doors; a smaller, third single-door wardrobe is located next to the bathroom. The rent consists of CHF 800.- plus CHF 300.- additional costs, totaling CHF 1100.-. There is the possibility to rent an outdoor parking space for CHF 25.- or an underground parking space for CHF 120.-. The property has 9 residential units with a pleasant tenant community. Washing is scheduled once a week, but washing is also possible in between, except on Sundays. Only interested parties without debt enforcement proceedings and with sufficient income will be considered. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
