The 4.5-room apartment is located at Gmündenstrasse 14 in Wasen in a 3-family house. There is a stair lift for wheelchairs. All door thresholds in the apartment have been equipped with wedges, so that you can easily access everywhere with a wheelchair. A new shower is currently being installed.
The two south-facing bedrooms are spacious and have been fitted with a new linoleum floor. One of the three bedrooms is rather small and is suitable as a room for a smaller child, as an office, or as a guest room.
From the living room (also new linoleum floor), you can directly access the west-facing terrace with a beautiful view.
From the cozy kitchen with corner bench, you can access the small balcony (east).
A guest toilet with shower, as well as a spacious bathroom with a new shower, bathtub, double sink, and washing machine complete the offer.
The apartment also includes a cellar compartment, as well as a large piece of garden for free (pesticide-free) use.
