Mom is looking to rent an apartment in Orbe ideally comprising 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate WC, and a balcony or small garden. A very calm small dog must also be accepted. Rent CHF 2,300.- including charges.
The person looking for this apartment is of Swiss nationality but unfortunately does not have a favorable file (legal proceedings, no guarantor, and in the RI). However, the rent can be paid directly by the RI as is currently the case.
