We are looking for a subtenant for our spacious and nature-close apartment. The house is located directly on the Aare river in Brugg/Umiken in a very friendly 8-unit house. From there you can reach the SBB in "Brugg AG" within 15-20 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bus (every 30 minutes).

The rent is 1,790 Fr per month including 160 Fr ancillary costs. A parking space is currently not available.

The reason for our move is a change of job, otherwise we would have gladly stayed here.
