I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment. The location is excellent:

• 4 minutes to Hardbrücke station
• 2 minutes to the large Coop
• 4 minutes by S-Bahn to Zürich HB
• Excellent bike connection along the Limmat and to Werdinsel

The current subtenant is vacating the apartment at the end of April.

The apartment is very quiet (you cannot hear the neighbors, nor can the neighbors hear you).

• Large room with brown carpet and modern bookshelf
• Fiber optic connection
• Cellar (10m²) with 3 PAX wardrobes

A parking space in the underground garage can be rented optionally.

I am looking for a non-smoker, dogs or cats are allowed.

The deposit is 3 months' rent.
