P1) I am looking for a new tenant who will buy or take over many of my furniture (buyout). The kitchen island (self-installed), sofa, lounge balcony, dining table with chairs, possibly box spring bed, possibly sauna, wardrobe and TVs, sideboard bedroom.
P2) Separate contract for the purchase or takeover of the inventory mentioned in P1). Down payment immediately, remaining amount on 20.08.

Move-out: 20.-23.08.25
