Apartment for rent - 1260 Nyon

Hi!

Following my roommate's departure to Thailand, I am looking for a replacement for September 1st. Maybe possible before. To be discussed with my roommate who is ready to vacate his place in advance.

The apartment is cross-ventilated, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and washing column, a separate toilet, and a large living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony on each side of the apartment, accessible from the bedrooms and the living room.
The building dates from 2017 and is very well insulated from noise and outside temperature. It is located on a private path, so there is no passage or noise in the neighborhood. The neighbors are great and we regularly organize get-togethers all together!

As for me, I am 35 years old, I am open and calm by nature and I always have a smile on my face. I do a lot of mountain sports (climbing, alpine, ski touring), sailing, and improv. I work for an association active in severe poverty.
It is important for me that the common areas remain generally clean and tidy.
I live with 2 Bengal cats who are very fun and kind and hypoallergenic!
