Apartment for rent - 8003 Zürich, Martastrasse 125

I'm going on vacation from the 20.06 to the 16.07 and I'm renting my flat for that period. The flat is on the third floor and it's located in Martastrasse, a cool location in a very nice area. The flat is suitable for 1 person, it is located at the third floor and it's facing the garden, with a cute balcony where to enjoy the sun. Yes, there's the elevator :) There's of course one bathroom and the kitchen is separate from the living area, with a small table. The living area is equipped with one bed and one sofa. The house is furnished and has already everything that you need. I'm looking for someone who need a space for those 3/4 weeks. The monthly price is 1700 but we can adjust it depending on how long you'd like to stay.
