• The rent is to be paid each month in advance at the beginning of a month for the current month
• Pets are not allowed in the residence.
• No parking space for rent.

The tenant must provide upon opening their file:
- Last 3 pay slips
- Certificate of non-pursuit
- Identity documents and residence permit if applicable.
- Bank guarantee from a Swiss bank representing 3 months of rent. Swisscaution, FirstCaution, or similar guarantees are not accepted.
