I am subletting my fully furnished and equipped apartment in the green and quiet neighborhood of Champel for a duration of about 2-3 months. The exact dates can be agreed upon.

It is a very nice and quiet 3-room apartment in a building with an elevator consisting of an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a large bright living room with a 65" TV and a sofa bed, a large furnished balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, coffee capsule machine, etc.), a bedroom with a 180*200 bed, a large 8-drawer dresser, and a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

The apartment is located 1 minute from bus stops 3 and 11, 5 minutes from the CEVA Champel train station, and 10 minutes on foot from HUG.

There is a bike storage room and a laundry room available included in the price.

I am ideally looking for a careful, calm person without pets.

Rent is 1750 CHF including charges (electricity, heating, cold and hot water, and TV fee).

During visits, I will ask for your file with the following documents:
- permit and/or passport
- non-prosecution certificate dated less than 3 months

The total payment for the entire stay will be required plus 2 months deposit.
