As the head of a pleasant small family, I need to find a ground floor or top floor apartment with a terrace in the Canton of Geneva for 2000/month including taxes. No subletting and preferably a lease between individuals to limit costs, quickly!

I have committed to leave my current accommodation by the end of March 2025.
No subletting, so my future landlord or landlady (honest would be a blessing!) will offer me a direct annual lease.

Apartment or Individual House:
- UNFURNISHED or semi-furnished, on the ground floor or top floor, (2 bedrooms ideal;) - connection for washing machine inside the dwelling.

I am not in a hospice, but I cannot guarantee more than 2000chf ;)
