Hello,
I am looking to exchange my apartment located in Pâquis, 50m from the lake (lake view, super bright) for a cheaper apartment in Geneva.

- Current rent: CHF 2703.- including charges
- Search: apartment at CHF 1900, 2000 including charges max
- Important: there must be a parking solution (included in the rent or possibility to rent a space next door). No exchange possible without this option.

My apartment (approx. 65m²):

1st floor with elevator
Large living room with lake view
1 spacious bedroom
Separate kitchen
Central room that distributes living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
Bathroom with bathtub
Separate WC

Very bright, at the top of Pâquis
