The apartment is located on the raised ground floor.
In the property, a parking space in the underground garage can be rented for Fr. 125.00 if needed.

Rental conditions of the Foundation Simply Living:
Income and asset limits
The relevant income (taxable income plus one-tenth of the taxable assets over 200,000 francs) of all persons in the household must not exceed at the start of the lease:

• Target occupancy (2 persons): 5x the gross annual rent (Fr. 81'660).
• Minimum occupancy (1 person): 4x the gross annual rent (Fr. 65'320).

• Minimum occupancy 1 person
