The kitchen, living room, and bathroom have tiled floors, the rooms have parquet flooring, and the gallery rooms are covered with vinyl. House without elevator! Pets are NOT allowed!
The house will be renovated in 2026 while still occupied (bathrooms, facade, roof with PV system, own washing tower in the basement, etc.), so restrictions are to be expected during the renovation. After the renovation, the rent will be increased accordingly.
A parking space can be rented separately if needed.
