At Zentralstrasse 119, we are renting a double-storey, partially renovated 3-room old apartment in the attic.
For general understanding: The attic room (largest room) is only accessible via a small, unusual space-saving staircase, which makes it impossible to carry unassembled furniture and generally large items. We fundamentally want to give all people the same opportunities. In this special case, however, we cannot consider physically immobile persons. We also consider the apartment unsuitable for families and shared apartments. Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from applying if the conditions do not match accordingly.
Decades plagued by transit traffic, District 3 has developed in the last 10 years into one of the most beautiful historical neighborhoods in Zurich with a high quality of life. Quietly located between Ida and Brupbacherplatz, you can reach various shopping and nightlife options as well as several main arteries of public transport on foot. Those who are still dependent on a car despite the rich offerings will appreciate the quick motorway connections and the possibility of renting a parking space right in front of the house. Rental start from April or by arrangement.
