2.5 room apartment, modern and centrally located. I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 2.5 room apartment, which I was able to move into as the first tenant in autumn 2024. The apartment is very bright and spacious with a great layout. Ideal for a single household. Since I only lived in the apartment for a few months, the standard is still comparable to a first occupancy. You can hardly hear the neighbors. The sunlight is from late morning, through noon until late evening. On the balcony, you can enjoy not only the sun but also the peace (the train runs only every 30 minutes and is faintly audible, practically not audible with closed windows). The kitchen and bathroom are bright and very modern. The apartment has everything you could wish for. The kitchen equipment is also modern and easy to use. The storage room offers optimal storage options for boxes, supplies, clothes, or anything you don't want to store in the basement. The apartment also includes a rather large basement compartment. You can also take over/buy some of my furniture, as I had it specially designed for this apartment (large wardrobe, ...). In addition to the 2.5 room apartment for gross CHF 1,830.-, a garage parking space was also rented for CHF 170.-. A new tenant is also being sought for this (not necessarily tied to the apartment). Facts briefly & compactly: Living area 73m2, Balcony 19m2 - Storage room of 4m2 offers great storage options (e.g. shoes, supplies, iron, etc.) - own washing machine & dryer - elevator available (great for moving) - sunny location (from about 10 am to late evening) - central location (bus stop right in front of the door or only 10 minutes walk to the city center) - the only noise pollution is from the Appenzeller train (runs every half hour and not all night) - neighbor hardly audible (at most in the stairwell), mostly only young people in the house as tenants - practically a first occupancy (I was only in from Sept. 2024 to today) - basement compartment available - parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 170.-/month additionally - furniture could be taken over / bought cheaply. Rental by arrangement, approx. from August 2025.
