The future subtenant agrees to:
· Take care of the apartment as well as the furniture provided.
· Return the apartment on the agreed date in the sublease contract.
· Provide the following supporting documents:
ID.
Recent extract from the debt collection register.
Employment contract, last three payslips.
Copy of their liability insurance certificate.
Provide a rent guarantee certificate (3 months) issued by an insurance company/bank.
