The residents of two buildings share a laundromat. The laundromats are attractively located on the ground floor and thus offer a high quality of stay. With the cozy furnishings, these rooms become your second living room.

Many needs and ideas have a place in the settlement association. Here, new concerns and suggestions are discussed and implemented. From the furnishing of the community room and its use to the design of the planting areas. The association board serves as a link to the property management and promotes exchange with the village population of Root.

Sustainable Energy
All roof areas of the settlement produce energy using PV systems. This also applies to the geothermal heat pumps (geothermal probes) that heat the buildings. Another plus: With this system, the underfloor heating is used for cooling in summer (Free-Cooling). And this is even CO2-neutral!
