With regret, we are leaving our great apartment in Freiburg. It is beautiful and ideally located, spacious, charming and at a very reasonable price! If you would like to take advantage of this gem, we would be happy to receive you for a viewing!
Location: The apartment is very well located in a pedestrian street parallel to Boulevard de Pérolles. It is just a few steps away from bus stops, shops and services, a large Migros, Pérolles Park and the local market (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) and a 7-minute walk from Freiburg train station.
The apartment: on the 2nd floor, through, very bright, sunny in the morning and afternoon and with high ceilings. It consists of an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, which leads on one side to the kitchen and then to a second distributor. This second distributor is quite large and leads to a balcony, so it can also be used as a living area or dining room and leads to 3 rooms and 1 bathroom. The first room is smaller, the second is large and the third is large and leads to a second large balcony (it can be used as a living room). The entire apartment has parquet flooring (old or newer), except in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has 2 cellars in the basement.
Equipment: The kitchen is not new, but it is in perfect condition. It has an oven, electric hobs and a fridge-freezer. There is no dishwasher. But with the beautiful view of the garden from the kitchen, washing up is not disturbing ;) The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub. One of the balconies has morning sun and the other afternoon sun and both are large enough to eat outside.
Services: In the basement, the building has a bicycle room and a shared laundry room, which works on a schedule and where you can wash and dry your laundry at no extra cost. Behind the building is a beautiful courtyard to which you have access. There is the possibility of renting a parking space in the underground car park, which is located under this courtyard and which can be accessed directly from the stairs. This would need to be discussed with the administration.
Costs: The rent is 1350.- including utilities. The electricity bill is payable separately.
Furniture: It is possible to take over some of our furniture, which can be discussed during the viewing.
What we will miss most? The meals on the balconies in summer, the beautiful parquet floors, the sun and the ideal location in the city centre, just a few steps from everything!
Dates: The apartment would be available from 1st or 15th July, to be discussed.
