We are 3 students from the University of Neuchâtel living in a shared apartment during the semesters in a very well-located apartment: 2 minutes walk from the Maladière shopping center, the lake, the university, and 10 minutes walk from the train station and the city center.

Since we will be less present during the summer, we are looking to sublet our furnished apartment or room by room between mid-June and mid-September (to be discussed). The rent for the apartment (1954.-) or for a room (651.40) includes utilities.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a balcony, a large living room with television, a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as a kitchen with stove, fridge, cooking utensils but no dishwasher.
