We are looking for a new tenant for our charming apartment in Seefeld starting July 17.
The apartment consists of a large living and dining room, a large bedroom (approx. 17 sqm), a smaller room (approx. 9 sqm) which is ideal as an office, a bathroom with toilet, a separate guest toilet, and a kitchen. Additionally, there is a storage room of about 10 sqm that belongs to the apartment.
In the bathroom, there is a washing machine and a dryer that belong to the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a standard refrigerator including 3 freezer compartments.
The apartment is located 100 meters away from Kreuzplatz, where there is a large Migros, an Alnatura, a Coop, a Denner, and various cafés and restaurants. The Kreuzplatz stop (Tram 3 & 8, Forchbahn, Bus 31) can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes. The Kreuzstrasse stop (Tram 2 & 4) is about 4 minutes away. The Stadelhofen train station can be reached on foot in 6 minutes.
Ottenweg is a side street with a speed limit of 30, making it very quiet despite the central location.
If needed, a parking space in the underground garage can also be taken over for CHF 290.- per month, located about 250 meters away. The parking space is independent of the apartment and is not rented by the same landlord.
Since our rental agreement specifies the maximum number of people allowed to live in the apartment as 2, we unfortunately cannot consider new tenants who would move in with more than 2 people.
