- good public transport connections - bus stop "Pfad" directly opposite the house, i.e. in 10 minutes at Cham train station and in 7 minutes at Knonau train station with connections to trains towards Zurich and Zug
- great location in the green - you can reach the Städtlerwald in a few minutes on foot
- parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 160/month or CHF 170/month for electric cars
