Unfortunately, we use our dream holiday apartment too little and therefore rent our Bijoux as a long-term or annual rental. The apartment is located in an exclusive, elevated location, with a dream view of the village of Gais, Gäbris, Hirschberg, and Alpstein.
The multi-family house is accessed by a neighborhood road up to the house, followed by a hiking trail. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has all the amenities to enjoy wonderful holiday days.
The apartment (103 m2) includes a large covered terrace (63 m2), a cellar compartment with a window (18.7 m2), and an underground parking space.
The apartment has a separate bedroom (12 m2) and a second bedroom, which is open to the living/dining area with a room divider. The large, light-flooded living/dining area covers 66 m2. Two identical wet cells with WC/shower are located next to the two bedrooms. The rent is without additional costs (electricity, water, heating), which are charged based on actual usage.
