The house is located away from the cantonal road on a little-used municipal road. The "Hinterdorf" is generally quiet and family-friendly, characterized by agriculture.

In the neighboring house is the Niedermuhlern cheese factory with a shop that is also open on Sundays
In front of the cheese factory are the bus stops of the Postauto lines to Köniz (SBB, etc.) and Wabern (Bernmobil, etc.)
The primary school up to 9th grade is a short 350m (3 minutes) away. Secondary school students can easily reach the schools in Köniz by Postauto.
The view is unobstructed.
We offer an outdoor parking space with the apartment. An indoor parking space can be rented if required (100.-)
The net rent is 1940.- + additional costs 250.- (flat rate)
Since the apartment is newly built, we prefer tenants who do not have pets and are non-smokers.
