Hi everyone,
I'm renting out my fully furnished 68m2 apartment in Adliswil for 6 months while I'm traveling. The start date is flexible, so we can coordinate based on your needs.
The apartment is ideally located, it has good connection with S4 train, just a 5–6 minute walk to the train station, and from there it's only 14 minutes to Zürich HB.
I'm looking for a quiet, respectful, and tidy subtenant who will take good care of my home while I'm away.
Please no smoking, no parties, no loud noise, and no pets.
The apartment includes:

• Fully furnished setup
• I recently installed a tabletop dishwasher
• Shared washing machine in the basement (used by other tenants)
• Please note: there's no Wi-Fi, so you may need to arrange your own if needed. I'm using hotspot instead.
• Deposit: 1 month rent
• Min 6 months, extension possible but need to be discussed 3 months prior the end date.
