I am looking for a new tenant to take over my apartment in Zurich (between Affoltern/Oerlikon) with Chäferberg just behind. The apartment is a 1-room apartment, very bright and modern. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a balcony and a spacious cellar. The apartment is available from 01.08.2025, however, I am flexible from mid July.
