It's the last call! We are looking for a new tenant to take over our apartment on the verge of Steinhausen (Allmendstrasse 11) and Zug, starting from 1st of May.
What's the apartment like?
The building is a converted older office building and, while not being the prettiest of them all, offers a great location (EKZ, multiple public transport stops and all the best cycling roads are within a walking distance and you can get to the lakeside in 30 mins of a slow walk or 10 minutes bike or car ride) - you can be in most of the areas in the canton in 30 minutes either by car or with public transport.
Pets are allowed, so is registering a company in the apartment. There's an option to rent a parking space in either an underground garage (for 250 CHF, due to limited space they are unfortunately quite pricey) or outside (for 140 CHF). We're only moving out because we bought an apartment of our own.
Price, including NK, is 3690 CHF per month.
This is a long-term lease, for minimum 12 months and you'll be signing the contract directly with an agency representing the owner. If you're interested, feel free to get in touch!
