On our biodynamically managed farm, a simple studio in a multi-family house is available for rent from June 1st, 2025. The studio has a small kitchenette. The shower and toilet are located in the opposite house. (It has a "Plumsklo", which belongs to the studio).
The rent is 500.00. The following will be effectively billed and added to the rent: water, wastewater, annual garbage fees, wood for additional heating, chimney sweep and washing machine.
The studio is located on the ground floor. The outdoor area is shared with the other parties living in the house.
