This apartment is located in a very quiet and green area. It consists of the following:

The apartment is ideally located, 2 bus stops nearby, 44-46 which run every 10 minutes. Quiet apartment, no overlooking. It is located in a small condominium with great neighbors.

The floor and all walls were redone last year.

Rent: 1700 without charges and 200 fr charges in addition.

We are moving to a larger apartment with an additional bedroom.

If you are interested, we are organizing group visits on Friday, March 21 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday, March 22 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
