Hello! I'm subletting my studio over the summer as I'll be out of the country. I am a master's student at EPFL and this place has been perfect for my studies. It's located in a calm neighborhood with easy access both to campus and the city center.

~15 mins by metro to Lausanne city center (Flon/Gare)

~35 mins by public transport to EPFL campus (direct metro to Lausanne-Flon, then switch lines)

Spacious main room with a large bed, big motorized desk, and large closet

Semi-separated kitchen with oven, induction stove, air fryer, half-size dishwasher, table + chairs

Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, and laundry machine

Separate laundry-hanging room (just outside the entrance, for your use only)

Car parking space right outside the studio

Coop supermarket, 2 gyms, a pharmacy, and nature trails all within 5 minutes

I may be able to leave behind useful items (bedding, towels, laundry detergent, monitor, air fryer, etc.) for a small extra fee — can be discussed with the tenant
