The building has:

Laundry room with washing machines and dryers

Elevator

The financial side:

Monthly rent: 1'190 CHF (including hot water, + approx. 20 CHF for electricity)

Lease runs until September 30, 2026, with possibility of extension. The security deposit is 3'300 CHF.

It is possible to have a guarantor for the lease.
