The apartment is located on Avenue de Sévelin, very close to several shops (very nice restaurant Halle 15, Coop, Migros, etc.) and right next to the Couchirard bus stop (line 17), which leads to Flon in 5 minutes and the Prélaz stop (lines 18, 19, and 7). It is also a few minutes walk from the Montelly station (M1).

The apartment is about 80 m², it is very bright, well laid out, and well soundproofed. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher?), an open living room with a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a washing column. A cellar is available, as well as the possibility to rent an indoor parking space.

You will share the accommodation with Roxanne, 31 years old, professionally active, who lives here with her two cats ? ?.

The room to take over is 11 m², it is bright.
Rent: CHF 1,020.- including charges.
