Apartment for rent - 1004 Lausanne

I am looking for my future "home", a 3-room apartment in Lausanne or nearby, well connected to public transport, ideally with a balcony or terrace, to move in by September 2025.
No shared flat.

I live alone (maybe a little cat will join me later?). I have finally found a permanent job starting in June, and I am now looking for a long-term apartment that I can call my home.

My budget is a maximum of 1800 CHF, including utilities.
I do not have a guarantor and must mention that I am currently involved in legal proceedings, but I am rebuilding myself.

I am a reliable, quiet, and respectful person who longs for peace and a trusting relationship with my future landlord.
