Apartment for rent - 1003 Lausanne

I am looking for someone to take over the lease of my studio located in downtown Lausanne, near Bel Air, starting from June 15.
The studio has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine), two large closets inside, as well as a storage space just outside the apartment.
Monthly rent of 1350 CHF + 50 CHF for charges
Visits on Saturday, May 24 between 9 AM and 11 AM or Tuesday, May 27 between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, feel free to send me a message so I can confirm and give you the exact address.
Only complete and solvent applications will be accepted by the management (rental application form available after the visit + original extract from the Office of Debt Collection (dated no more than 3 months) + copy of the last 3 pay slips or proof of income + a copy of the identity card or residence permit)
