• Request for contribution to the collective: 12h/month (8h from the 2nd year).
  Contribution of the type of stewardship for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning common areas, according to needs. (Or, if no time contribution, CHF 160.-/month)

This is a cooperative housing co-ownership, without real estate speculation. Rents are at cost price.
