Apartment for rent - 1000 Lausanne 25

Hello everyone,

I am looking for an apartment to rent in the canton of Vaud, where I could settle down permanently with my pets: two small dogs and a cat. They are an integral part of my life and are my family. ??

What I am looking for:
A spacious apartment of at least 2.5 rooms (or more)

An outdoor space is essential: balcony or private garden

Pets absolutely accepted (dogs and cat)

Rent compatible with AI + PC benefits
(current rent including charges: 1,150 CHF)

Walking access to public transport and shops, as I do not have a car

A quiet neighborhood, preferably close to nature

Desired but not mandatory wishes:

A bathtub and a connection for a washing machine, for more autonomy in daily life

About me:
I am a calm, discreet person who respects the premises as well as the neighborhood. I live alone with my pets, I do not smoke, and I am looking for a stable, warm, and welcoming place where we can feel good.

Availability:
I cannot move immediately, as I need to re-rent my current accommodation. However, I am ready to arrange a transition as soon as a compatible accommodation becomes available.
