The rental price includes a service flat rate of CHF 240.-. This service flat rate is an integral part of the rental agreement and serves to ensure the following services:

• Reception operation 2 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Cleaning of communal areas (reception, cafeteria, atelier, fitness room)
• Free Wi-Fi internet in each apartment and in the communal areas
