The apartments have comfort ventilation. Electronic entrance doors allow an obstacle-free path to your apartment door.

A garage parking space can be rented for CHF 140.- per month.

The rental price includes the service flat rate of CHF 240.-. This service flat rate is an integral part of the rental agreement and serves to ensure the following services:

• Reception operation 2 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Cleaning of communal areas (reception, cafeteria, atelier, fitness room)
• Internet via WLAN for free use in each apartment and in the communal areas
