By the summer of 2025, a total of 144 attractive rental apartments and around 1,800 m² of commercial space on the ground floors will be created on the site. The inviting inner courtyard will be directly connected to the park of the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and will significantly contribute to the revitalization of the quarter.
In this context, we are pleased to offer you the rental of 35 tastefully designed apartments in house no. 10. These mainly comprise 1.5-room, 2.5-room and 3.5-room apartments. A special highlight is the three 4.5-room penthouse apartments on the 5th floor.
The ground floor of the building will house a kindergarten (KITA).
