It is with regret that I part with my 3.5-room apartment, with an area of 93 m², ideally located in the center of Prilly. It benefits from a privileged location, in immediate proximity to a Coop, a Migros, schools, as well as bus line no. 9 (stop 3 minutes on foot).
The apartment consists of the following:
- Ground floor (not accessible to people with reduced mobility).
- Two bedrooms and a large living room overlooking a vast garden.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
- A separate toilet for visitors.
- A closed and fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher).
- A large cellar with shelves.
- A bicycle storage room available in the building.
- Two terraces with awnings, oriented differently.
- Possibility to rent parking spaces for an additional fee (to be agreed with the management, without guarantee).
Regarding the garden: mowing is the responsibility of the tenant (a lawnmower is provided), while the maintenance of hedges and trees is taken care of by the management.
The strengths of this apartment:
Proximity to shops, schools, and public transport. Very bright, with underfloor heating: pleasant in winter, cool in summer (no need for air conditioning).
Monthly rent: CHF 2,193.? + CHF 200.? for charges.
Some furniture is to be taken over:
- The island and the cupboard in the kitchen
- The bathroom furniture
These pieces of furniture were custom-made for this apartment (dimensions, practicality). I part with them only because they do not fit my new home. They are in very good condition and well maintained. Price to be discussed.
