The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, and the windows face the mountain side.
It consists of two bedrooms - a large one with a balcony connected to the living room and a small one - two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a habitable kitchen with a separate balcony, and a storage room.
The building has a shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. The apartment's laundry turn is approximately every two weeks or on Sundays, the day when the laundry room is free to the first comer. The tenant also has a dedicated space available in the attic, and can take over the rent of an uncovered parking space in front of the house which costs 80 CHF (not included in the indicated rent).

Preference will be given to the subtenant who accepts the transfer of ownership of a 500Mb Sunrise internet connection. The monthly cost is 64 CHF - not included in the rent - to be maintained until November 2026.
