Short construction description
Facade
The facade consists of an 18 cm thick insulation layer with a ventilated Eternit screen.
Windows
All windows in the living areas are floor-to-ceiling, made of clear glass; frames and sashes in plastic execution. At least one tilt-and-turn sash is provided per room.
Balcony railings
In the upper and attic floors, the balconies are enclosed with a picket railing.
Sun protection
Venetian blinds in front of all window openings. Standard color from the supplier's collection according to the color concept.
Floor coverings
The entire apartment excluding wet cells with design floor covering. Wet cells with tiled flooring.
Wall coverings
Wall coverings throughout the apartment excluding wet cells partly white finished plaster. Wet cells partly tiled, partly finished plaster.
Ceilings
Apartment ceilings throughout the apartment white plastered.
Kitchens
Kitchen backsplash with enamelled glass or tiled covering. Kitchen appliances e.g. from Electrolux, refrigerator with freezer compartment, resin cover with integrated sink, glass ceramic with four cooking zones, oven and dishwasher. Extractor hood made of chrome steel.
Wet cells
Sanitary fittings made of ceramic; fittings and accessories chrome-plated; mirror cabinets with integrated lighting; bath/shower/WC; single washbasins, wall-mounted toilet with built-in flush tank; shower/WC; washbasin, shower wall-mounted toilet with built-in flush tank.
Washing/Drying
Each apartment has a laundry tower with washing machine and dryer. A separate drying room is provided in the basement.
Entrance
Wardrobe with hat shelf including clothes rail.
Electrical installations / switches
Sockets, lamp connections, and switches are sufficiently distributed throughout the apartment, including balcony and terrace. Telephone and cable TV connections in all living and bedrooms (ISDN compatible). The apartments are equipped with an intercom system.
Cellar
Each apartment has a separate cellar compartment available in the basement.
Heating
Heat generation is provided by an air-water heat pump, underfloor heating with individual room control in the living areas. Meters for electricity and cold/hot water for individual billing of energy and water consumption.

Each apartment is equipped with a smoke detector.
Locking system
Access to all authorized rooms with the same key.
Lift system
Passenger elevators are wheelchair accessible, load capacity 630 kg/8 persons.
