The multi-family house at Mühlegasse 1 is located by the village stream in the old town center of Wangen. The existing farmhouse was demolished in 2008 and rebuilt in 2009/2010 according to the requirements of the local heritage protection. The elevator leads directly into the apartment (see floor plan). It is located on the 2nd floor and has a beautiful room layout on three different levels (2 to 3 steps of level difference). It is oriented towards the southwest and is optimally sunlit with its horseshoe-shaped floor plan (morning, noon, and evening sun). The veranda is covered and wind-protected.
