We are looking for a new tenant for a beautiful 3.5 room apartment with large rooms, balcony, and its own washing machine/dryer in the apartment.
A parking space can be rented for Fr. 135.- per month. The existing electric charging station in the underground garage can be purchased (separate contract). The apartment is available from July 2025 or by arrangement. The building has an elevator for easy access from the parking garage to the apartment.
The apartment has two bathrooms: one with shower, toilet, sink, and one with direct access from the largest room with a large bathtub, toilet, and sink. Additionally, the apartment has a large kitchen with plenty of storage space, ceramic glass stove, dishwasher, and a bar. Two bar stools can be taken over. Unfortunately, the larger of the two rooms is not visible in the photos. The entrance area also has built-in wardrobes. A large cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. Dogs and cats are unfortunately not allowed.
