We are looking for a new tenant for a beautiful 3.5 room apartment with large rooms, balcony, and private washing machine/dryer in the apartment.
A parking space with electric charging station in the underground garage can be taken over for Fr. 135.- per month (separate contract). The apartment is available from July 2025 or by arrangement. The building has an elevator to conveniently get from the parking garage to the apartment.
The apartment has two bathrooms: one with shower, toilet, sink, and one with direct access from the largest room with a large bathtub, toilet, and sink. Additionally, the apartment has a large kitchen with plenty of storage space, ceramic glass stove, dishwasher, and a bar. Two bar stools can be taken over. The larger of the two rooms is unfortunately not visible in the photos. The entrance area also has built-in wardrobes. A large cellar compartment belongs to the apartment.
The additional costs may be slightly higher due to rising energy prices.
We are looking for a new tenant for July 1, 2025, or at the latest by July 15, 2025.
If desired, it is possible to take over the curtains in the living room as well as various furniture for free or for a small amount.
