In a centrally located property, we are renting a 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor immediately or by arrangement. Due to a planned complete renovation, the apartment can only be rented temporarily until approximately the end of January 2027.
Please note that the property will be completely renovated. The apartments in the middle part of the building are expected to be renovated by the end of 2026.
