In a centrally located property, we are renting a 2.5-room apartment on the 1st floor from August 1, 2025, or by arrangement. Due to a planned complete renovation, the apartment can only be rented temporarily until approximately the end of September 2026.
Please note that the property will be completely renovated. The apartments on the left side of the building are expected to be renovated between October 2025 and January 2026.
