Very nice apartment in an idyllic setting!
On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, toilet + bathroom with shower/sink/toilet and a large entrance hall.
Upstairs: a large master bedroom, a second bedroom and a large attic (for athletes and craftsmen).
Water and electricity connection for washing machine and/or dryer in the main bathroom (but we are taking the washing machine and dryer with us).
Cellar is included in the lease. We had the possibility of a second small cellar (boiler room) for storing bicycles and our freezer (which we are taking with us), but this space is provided by the owner, please ask him.
Very large garden with direct access to the river, breathtaking view and maximum sunshine until late in the evening in summer (west-facing).
There is a second (smaller) apartment in the chalet, the entrance is on the opposite side and there is no noise pollution.
Several parking spaces in front of the entrance (2-3 vehicles = comfortable, max. 4 with tight parking) + a public parking lot 100m away.
Unfurnished.
Charges included (except electricity, approx. 50.-/month).
Extremely quiet location, a true paradise (I lived in this apartment for 10 years and was happy).
