Very nice apartment in an idyllic setting!
On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC + a bathroom with shower/sink/WC and a large entrance area.
Upstairs: a large master bedroom, a second bedroom and a huge attic (for athletes and hobbyists!).
Connection for water and electricity for washing machine and/or dryer in the main bathroom (but we are taking the washing machine and dryer with us).
Cellar is included in the rental agreement. We had the possibility to use a second small cellar (boiler room) for bicycles and our freezer (which we take with us), but this room is provided by the landlord, please check with him.
Very large garden with direct access to the river, breathtaking view and maximum sunshine until late in the evening in summer (west orientation).
There is a second apartment (smaller) in the chalet, the entrance is on the opposite side and there is no noise pollution.
Several parking spaces in front of the entrance (2-3 vehicles = comfortable, maximum 4 with slightly tight parking) + a communal parking space 100 m away.

Additional costs are included (except electricity, approx. 50.-/month).
